Eyelids started to get heavy around 8pm last night. Crawled into bed at 8:30 and slept almost 12 hours. Wow. I am some fun Friday night.
Breakfast: finally tried the ‘bulletproof’ coffee (used 2 tablespoons of Kerrygold butter and blended in the Magic Bullet)… and, meh. Not my favorite. It made me feel ‘funny’, hard to explain, and the taste was just OK, nothing stellar. (I should have remembered that butter is, yeah, dairy… that might have been part of why I didn’t love it.) Oh, well. Can’t win ‘em all.
Brunch: the rest of the sweet potato hash plus two sunny-side-up eggs and one big link of chicken sausage. Delicious, and pretty much kept me going until 5pm.
Dinner: same as last night… ground beef, chicken sausage, sliced tomatoes, a bit of brown rice, and the other half of the avocado.
Workout: took the day off — this past week was the first time I’ve made it to CrossFit every single weekday! Doing the Intro to Oly class at noon tomorrow and then going to shoot for another five-in-a-row during the upcoming week… the catch is that it’s going to have to be a week of ALL six a.m. classes (!), since there’s so much going on in the evenings. We shall see how THAT goes…!
