CFCC BCCC — Day 12

Breakfast: coffee with almond milk, beef patty topped with sunny-side-up egg and salsa

Workout: noon Oly class… I don’t know what took me so long, but I finally got the form down on the clean as far as the necessary glute action… a couple of times, the bar popped up so easily as to feel almost weightless. Now all I have to do is make it feel like that every time…!

Lunch/Dinner: two beef patties with salsa, some baby carrots and corn-flax chips with horseradish hummus, decaf coffee with coconut oil (surprisingly delicious; a vast improvement over the butter!)

Today, along with a week’s worth of fresh veggies, also bought and prepared a pound of ground beef, a pound of ground turkey, eight chicken sausages, four beef patties, and two LARGE sweet potatoes’ worth of hash. We’ll see how far through the week that can carry me.
